Terms of service

These terms cover your company's use of CrewVisto, run by Herts Roofing & Construction ("we"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them on behalf of your company.

Your account

• The person who signs up becomes the company's owner and is responsible for who they add and what those people do in the app.
• Each person gets their own login. Keep passwords private, and tell us if you think an account has been misused.
• You must be allowed to bind your company to these terms.

Trial, plans and payment

• New companies get a 14-day free trial. When it ends, pick a plan to keep adding jobs.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Prices are on the pricing page. Extra users beyond those included are added to your bill, prorated.
• If a payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it. After that the account becomes read-only: photos still upload and nothing is deleted, but new jobs, new users and marketing pause until payment is made.
• You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial periods.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing what an existing plan costs.

Your content

• Your photos, videos, jobs and documents belong to your company. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run CrewVisto for you.
• You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for getting any permission you need from homeowners to photograph and share their projects.
• You can delete your content at any time.

Marketing and social posts

• AI drafts are suggestions. Nothing is posted or published until someone at your company approves it, and your company is responsible for what it approves.
• Posts go out through the social accounts your company connects, under those platforms' own rules.
• Each plan includes a monthly number of AI-drafted jobs, shown in the app.

Fair use

Don't use CrewVisto to break the law, to upload anything you don't have the right to share, to try to reach another company's data, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CrewVisto running and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time and will tell you about changes that matter.

Liability

CrewVisto is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what your company paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your account

You can close your company's account at any time by contacting us. We may close accounts that break these terms or go unpaid. After an account closes, we delete its data as described in our privacy policy.
